Gentle, pain-relieved tooth removal

Although we always try to save a tooth where possible, we might sometimes have no other option but to remove it. If this is the case, you can rely on Dr. Lakatos and the team to make the procedure as pain-free and stress-free as possible, using local anaesthetic, and if requested, inhalation sedation.

We will not usually proceed with a tooth extraction unless every other option has been explored – preserving as many of your original teeth as possible is always our top priority. Only after we’ve x-rayed and inspected the whole area will we make the decision to remove the tooth.

Cases in which you might need a tooth extracted include:

After care

The recovery period right after your tooth extraction is a critical time. To help ensure the extraction site heals as quickly and completely as possible, we will give you a comprehensive plan to follow, including cleaning and dressing the area (if necessary).
